The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                                                                     
following at the request of Representative Neuman, Co-chair:                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 208(RES)                                                                                             
    "An Act requiring the Department of Natural Resources and the                                                               
    Department of Revenue to evaluate current incentives and                                                                    
    recommend additional ways to increase gas exploration,                                                                      
    development, and production in the Cook Inlet sedimentary basin;                                                            
    and providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 208(RES) was removed from the Resources Committee and                                                                      
referred to the Finance Committee.
